


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 12-cup miffin tin. Place struesel ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Work butter into dry ingredients until mixture is crumbly by using a pastry fork or blender. Set aside. Combine flour sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Stir in cranberries and walnuts. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate mixing bowl. Add to dry ingredients,mixing just until moist. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from tins; cool, makes 12 muffins.
